About
Welcome. What can i say… this website started out showcasing some of my photography. Over time it has morphed and it is now a central repository that also documents a few of my personal projects, interests and opinions.
Most of the photography you will find here is travel related and includes both landscape and portraiture, predominantly from Europe, Asia and Africa. As well as being passionate about photography, I love the outdoors and snow sports and you will also find a smattering of imagery of skiing and snowboarding from the Alps, the Caucuses, Kamchatka and the Himalayas.
A recent addition to my photoblog is an Apple Aperture Edit plugin available for download which allows Aperture users to automatically stitch images into a panorama using the available camera and lens EXIF data. I first developed this application for myself as I found that my current panorama workflow was very cumbersome and I now don’t need to concern myself with exporting images, processing them in another application, reimporting them and this plugin also does away with all file and version management issues as user generated panorama’s are automatically included in your Aperture library. This is still currently in development and I hope to release a public beta in the near future. For more information, take a look at Panoplugin pages. Please feel free to contact me should you have any other queries.
